Ingredients
- 2 Cups Rolled oats
- 3 Tbsp Chia seeds
- 4 Cups Coconut milk
- ¼ Cup peanut butter
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ Cup mashed banana
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- On top 2 Bananas, sliced
- 2 Tbsp Peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp Cacao nibs
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
How to Make It
- Place oats, chia seeds, kefir, cinnamon, peanut butter, mashed banana and lemon juice in a bowl. Stir to combine.
- Divide mixture among 4 x mason jars. Secure lids and refrigerate overnight.
- Just prior to serving, give the contents of the jar a good stir. Top with an even amount of sliced bananas, a half a tablespoon of peanut butter, a sprinkle of cacao nibs and a dusting of ground cinnamon.
