Pancakes are always a fan favorite in the morning. This recipe is easy to make and utilizes 3 ingredients for a quick prep time. It uses coconut flour for an added flavor and texture, making it a great gluten-free recipe as well.
Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- ⅓ cup coconut flour
- 3 ripe bananas
How to Make It
- The first then you will do is puree the ingredients in a blender or food processor until they have a smooth creamy texture. Add a tablespoon of flour if the batter looks a little too thin.
- Then pour some of the batter on a skillet over medium heat and cook for 3 minutes, flip and cook for another 3 minutes. Repeat the process until you are out of batter.
